Hi I'm Jenny and my job is to manage the day to day operations of the company. I make sure that everything runs smoothly and if it doesn't I make sure the situation is rectified as quickly as possible. So, if something has gone wrong call my number! I've been with Dove for nearly 3 years and prior to this worked within customer relations. I love my job as it's different every day and brings me into contact with great personalities every day. I'm committed, but a little on the loud side (sorry I am working on this!), but pride myself that I never give up and always give my best. You will be pleased to know, I am now married!! After all the blood, sweat and tears it finally happened

Hi I’m Safron. I have been here for 2 years now and love it – Why? Because it’s a busy, loud office and I like the support the girls give me. When I started I was on reception. I was so quiet - the girls didn’t think I was answering the phone! My confidence was soon boosted and I started taking on more responsibility. I have now been promoted to Resourcer where I help Jenny and the team out on the perm side, as well as help with the invoicing. In my spare time I love shopping, I spend my money within 5 minutes of having it but never really have anything to show for it!. If my friends were to describe me they would say I am fun, considerate and love dancing even though I have 2 left feet!!! My claim to Dove fame is that I was the only one out of the 5 Dovettes who jumped the leap of faith at Center Parcs and caught the trapeze!! This will make no sense to most of you but give me a call and I will explain!

Hiya, I’m Danielle and I am a recruitment consultant for the dove. I love the atmosphere in the office, everyone is really outgoing and definitely doesn’t sit back waiting for things to happen. So it is very active! I have only been working here a short while, yet already feel part of the team which is good . I love to have a joke and a laugh but I am very driven so if I want something I will get it. In my last job I was in telesales, it was good and helped me get prepared for this role. I was working as the only girl in a group of boys so it is strange being around so many girls! The work set ups are very different as I was often working on my own whereas here it is one big team and we are in each other’s company every day. We rarely leave the office! I am really outgoing and motivated in and out of work. I love to go shopping, I just spend all my money! I love being in the company of my friends and family.

I have been taken on by Dove to build their temporary section along with Safron. What can I say about myself other than "I love recruitment.... and of course my husband and 2 children which goes without saying!" After 9 years away from the industry bringing up my children I am back and raring to go! My official title is Business Development Consultant but like the rest of the team I'll be mucking in and helping out wherever I can. I am self motivated and driven by success not only for the personal awards but for the satisfaction of being part of a team which really wants to make a difference to clients and candidates alike. I really believe that The Dove Partnership stands out from the competition and you can be sure you'll be hearing from me personally why I believe that and what it means to you.

I’m one of the Founding Partners of Dove and have over 30 years experience within recruitment. I’ve recruited for many household names such as Sony, Warner Brothers, Deutche Bank, HSBC, as well as many smaller but equally important commercial organisations. My role within Dove is to co-ordinate the long term objectives of the company as well as looking after marketing and some areas of finance. On a personal level, my hobbies include Golf, Boxing, Travel and stopping my grandchildren from killing each other!

I’ve worked within recruitment for over 15 years covering most areas of the job, but my responsibilities within Dove are mainly financial covering credit control, purchase ledger and administration as well as being “mum” to female members of the staff. My hobbies include the usual, watching “soaps” shopping for clothes and babysitting for my grandchildren
