The Dove Partnership – a successful recruitment agency based in Bishops Stortford is pleased to announce the launch of its new Executive Division.  This division will solely concentrate on the placement of middle/senior/executive management positions.  Headed up by industry veterans who believe their combined experience of successful recruitment and working at President level within a billion dollar US listed company have the necessary diverse ingredients to make this new venture a success.

John Sims has been working within the recruitment industry for the past 35 years.  He has been involved at all levels of recruitment.  He personally, and the companies he has managed/owned has sourced and placed candidates from industries such as Banking, Insurance, Legal, Shipping, Media and Entertainment, Property and IT. He has placed candidates at a variety of salaries; the largest package he secured for his candidate was £6million.

He has worked closely for some of the biggest national and international blue chip names such as Sony, Warner Bros, Deutche Bank, Barclays Bank, Spicer McColl, Bairstow Eves, P & O and Aviva.

In addition to his vast recruitment experience he has also been involved in successful start up ventures within the entertainment industry, selling game shows internationally, producing pop and classical music events as well as more general business ventures. If you have never heard of him, he would consider this a compliment as he would then feel he has excelled. As secrecy and keeping confidences are fundamental to the successful executive recruiter.  He is also proud to be a Freeman of the City of London, a member of the Guild f Freemen as well as the REC. Hobbies includes collecting and selling antiques and trying to resemble a golfer!

Frankie Kelly has extensive European business experience within a number of key technology industry sectors.  Frankie started her career within the travel industry. She then moved into the Electronic Industry where after gaining some key senior positions within Marketing, Sales, Project Management, and Human Resource she gained a position which gave her European experience. Prior to setting up her own Consultancy Business some 5 years ago Frankie culminated her career by being promoted to President of a US stock listed business with a turnover in excess of £10 billion us dollars.  Frankie had full P & L responsibility for a pan European business which consisted of 17 different countries. Reporting to her was country Managing Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resource Director, Marketing Director and Quality.

In addition to managing the business she forged close supplier relationships with Global blue chip companies such as Intel, Motorola and 3M.  Whilst not working directly in recruitment she has over the years head hunted and recruited loads of senior positions which include Managing Directors with full P & L responsibilities, Sales Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resource Director and Quality Manager.  Frankie also has vast experience in new company start ups and acquisitions.  She played a key role in the acquisition of around 20 companies across Europe and project managed the successful integration of these companies onto a common IT platform.

Frankie spent many years traveling and holding business meetings in a number of key European countries, namely France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Spain, and Austria.
