What is The Dove Partnership? 

The answer is more a “Who is” than a “What is”

Our company is driven by four people totally passionate about offering the best possible service to both candidates and clients. Our names are John Sims, Mal Sims, Jenny North and Kat Martyn and between us we have a blend of experience (35 years+) and youthful enthusiasm which we believe is unequalled in the local area. In the five years since our company was formed, we have individually, and as a team tested a variety of working practices and methodologies and have now come up with a simple yet highly effective method of conducting business which has become “The Dove Way of Working”

What is the Dove Way of Working?

We had determined that our service was to be built upon the foundations of honesty, integrity, passion and commitment, however we realised very early on that there was no such thing as a typical candidate or client. For example, some clients like to see lots of CV’s before deciding on who to see for interviews whilst others are happy to arrange interviews on a Cv to Cv basis. Similarly, some candidates are happy for their information to be sent to any potential employers whilst others want to be notified before any information is released. We realised that as each of you had your own way of seeing things, to be successful we would have to service you in an entirely personal way. To this end, we listen carefully to exactly what you want and then go about giving it to you. To help both, yourselves and us, determine what is required, we have produced two “option sheets” one for clients, the other for candidates, outlining some of the options that current users of Dove have considered.
