We have tried to make your visit as painless as possible by “talking” in normal language instead of the usual “sales talk” you find on recruitment web-sites.

Within these pages you will find out about our team, our way of working, the types of vacancies and candidates we work with, details of a cross section of our available temps, the all important terms and conditions (sorry we do have to charge clients, but candidates you go free!) in fact lots of information right down to our bargain page where you are just as likely to find a discount voucher for a local hairdresser or shop as you are to find a temp selling her car!

We believe that we have a lot to offer you. We don't look to impose our service on anyone. Our business objective is to find out what you want and then give it to you if we can. Are we always successful? Of course not - we're human beings and as such do make mistakes on occassions, but one thing we can guarantee is that we will ALWAYS do our best.

We hope that, whether you are a potential client or candidate, you will find information within this site to help you make the decision that we are the team you can trust.

It is often the way now that there is no personal touches with recruitment agencies (all done on line), also I would like to say a big thank you to you and your staff, not once has my pay been delayed, and they have always got back to me with queries straightway.

Attached are the last timesheets for our temps following their exit from SRT. They’ve just left and it was quite sad! They’ve all been great and were a huge support to our business so thank you for finding them for us and supporting them through their employment here.
 
My team and I all go on Monday too, so I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your help during our time here and for all of your support during various difficult goings on’s! It is so lovely to meet someone who has as much energy as you when it comes to looking after their customers. You quite obviously genuinely care about making sure things work out for all concerned, and that’s really been appreciated by us.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with you and the team (those I met!) at our meeting yesterday. The office had a warm and friendly atmosphere, and a busy vibe. It really came across that you do actually enjoy what you do! I have been in contact with many Rec agencys in my time, and The Dove is one of the best, I came away feeling that you would go all out to help me find what it is I'm looking for. You told me I would be a challenge, but that just inspired my confidence, because just like me, you can't resist a challenge! ( getting compliments on my hair and dress went down well too!!) The Dove has the sort of relaxed but professional office environment that I would not mind working in, and it shows that you have a good team, any jobs going?! I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to you both for doing such an excellent job of getting me back into work. I'm so pleased that 3663 offered me, and within 2 hours of seeing me!!  You sent me in there very well prepared and it made a difference, and taking on board the feedback from Pearsons helped too.
